Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your health information.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Fast UTI Care ("we," "us," or "our") operates online telehealth services, including HerRelief and RapidRelief. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and health information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because we provide healthcare services, we treat your medical information as Protected Health Information (PHI) and aim to handle it in a manner designed to align with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated while you use our services:

  • Identity & contact details: name, date of birth, email, phone number, and state of residence.
  • Health information: symptoms, medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, and your responses during the guided intake.
  • Visit & clinical records: provider notes, risk flags, clinical summaries, dispositions, and secure messages.
  • Pharmacy details: your preferred pharmacy for any prescriptions.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data: log data and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide telehealth evaluation and treatment by licensed providers.
  • To facilitate secure communication between you and your care team.
  • To process payments for your visit.
  • To maintain medical records and meet legal, regulatory, and clinical obligations.
  • To secure our platform, prevent fraud, and audit access to PHI.

We use an AI assistant to help structure your intake and to draft clinical summaries for provider review. A licensed provider reviews your visit; AI does not make treatment decisions on its own.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal or health information. We share PHI only as permitted or required, including:

  • With your care team — licensed providers reviewing your visit.
  • With pharmacies — to fulfill prescriptions you request.
  • With service providers (Business Associates) — hosting, database, authentication, payment, and AI vendors operating under Business Associate Agreements.
  • For legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect health and safety.

4. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access and request a copy of your medical records.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information.
  • Request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures.
  • Receive an accounting of certain disclosures of your PHI.
  • File a complaint without fear of retaliation.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

5. Data Retention

We retain medical records for the period required by applicable federal and state law. When information is no longer required, we securely dispose of it.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
